RFID solutions for the Hospital value chain

Our systems ensure full traceability and efficiency throughout the entire hospital chain.

We offer solutions for stock item management through dual-box systems supported by our RFID panels, which automate the entire communication process with the warehouse.

For the management of implants and consigned items, we provide a wide range of solutions with RFID cabinets and RFID bins, allowing the patient allocation process to be carried out with complete safety and without any action required from the professional.

High Value Workflow

The type of high-value items requires stricter control in the management of the products themselves. Generally, high-value items are implantable and require traceability down to the patient.

That said, the process is defined in several stages:

1. Product labeling

Upon receipt of items, and based on the reading of the product's GTIN codes, an RFID tag is created to be placed on the box, containing all the product attributes

  • Reference

  • Batch

  • Expiration date

  • Serial number

2. Product storage
  • Stored in RFID cabinets — logCab.

  • Cabinets equipped with RFID antennas inventory in real-time all tagged items inside the cabinet.

  • Electronic access control.

  • Item removal without any registration in the cabinet. The RFID antenna automatically detects the removed item.

3. logZone — Items in the operating room
  • Items removed from the RFID cabinet are placed on an RFID tray located in each operating room.

  • The system detects items in the room, maintaining traceability.

  • Automatic return to stock if not used.

4. logBin — Patient consumption
  • RFID bin — logBin — where the packaging of used products is placed.

  • Allocation of the used material to the patient and sending to the ERP.

Low Value Workflow

The low-value item circuit does not require item identification with RFID tags, as this type of item does not require allocation to the patient.

Designed to manage items in clinical services and Health Centers, the Logpanel is a robust and easy-to-use solution.

By separating each item’s space into 2 compartments, it is enough to move the RFID tag to the panel when one of the compartments is empty.
